FAQ'S
What does a professional conference organiser (PCO) actually do?
A PCO manages the end-to-end delivery of your conference or event — venue selection, budgeting, speaker and sponsor liaison, registration systems, AV and staging, and on-the-day coordination — so your team can focus on content and outcomes rather than logistics.
When should we engage a PCO for our conference?
Ideally 9–12 months out, to secure the best venue options and lock in speakers and sponsors early. That said, CD Events can also step in for shorter lead times with a tailored plan.
Do you manage events outside Adelaide?
Yes. While we're based in Adelaide, our team has delivered conferences and events across Australia.
Can you manage the full event, or just parts of it?
Both. We offer full end-to-end management as well as targeted support — for example, just theming and design, or on-site delivery — depending on what your team needs.
What types of organisations do you work with?
Associations, corporates, industry bodies and government clients
